Overall my online purchase experienced was all good. The size is small so better to order 1-2 size up. I also wanted to extend my appreciation to CLN cs for the superb service, from mail replies and to the CLN SM clark staffs who gave me the option to return my item through their store (no size available in their store) so that I won't pay for the courier anymore (returned due to small size).
