CLN CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY RAFFLE MECHANICS – FOR STORE RAFFLE

  1. The CLN Christmas Giveaway E-Raffle Promo shall run from November 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
  2. The promo is open to shoppers with the required minimum single receipt purchase, at least 18 years of age, with a Philippine address.
  3. E-Raffle entry minimum single receipt purchase:
    • CLN physical stores: Customers are entitled to (1) e-raffle entry for every Php 999 in a single receipt purchase from any participating CLN physical stores. Number of e-raffle entries shall be computed in multiples of Php 999 and any excess may not be carried over to the next transaction. Any form of cancellation / refund will forfeit entry(ies).
  1. Customers who wish to know more about the promo and join shall log on to or scan the QR code to https://www.cln.com.ph/pages/christmas-giveaway-store-raffle for submission of e-raffle entry(ies) with the following complete information:
    • Complete name
    • Street address
    • City
    • Province
    • Gender
    • Birthday
    • Mobile number
    • Email address
    • Receipt number
    • Receipt amount
    • CLN branch of purchase
  2. Customers can use a unique receipt number once to enter the raffle. It is the customer’s responsibility to protect the receipt number from any misuse. Multiple submissions of raffle entries using the same receipt number will be disqualified.
  3. Incorrect/incomplete e-raffle entry submissions will be disqualified.
  4. Customers who will purchase in participating CLN physical stores and will join the promo will automatically become members of the CLN Rewards program upon purchasing. Customer shall allow use of personal details entered in the e-raffle entry form to complete member registration. Customer accepts the terms and conditions of the Rewards program upon submission of the e-raffle entry.
  5. All customers who will join the promo will automatically be added to CLN online mailing list. Customers can unsubscribe at any time.
  6. Purchases are only qualified if transactions are made during the promo period from November 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 and are from any participating CLN physical store specified.
  7. Cut-off date of submission of e-raffle entries will be on January 2, 2021 10:00 pm.
  8. Customers may check number of e-raffle entries by entering email address used upon raffle entry submission at https://www.cln.com.ph/pages/christmas-giveaway-store-raffle. All e-raffle entries are still subject to validation/verification during the raffle draw.
  9. The raffle draw will be held in the presence of a representative from DTI and CMG Retail, Inc. on January 8, 2021 at the CMG Retail Inc. Head Office at the Suite 1801 18F The Centerpoint Building, Dona Julia Vargas Avenue cor. Garnet Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
  10. We will be giving away the following prizes:
    • For participating CLN physical stores:
      • 100 G-force C14 e-Bikes worth 25,000 pesos each
      • 500 pairs of sneakers
  1. The raffle prizes will be raffled off via random.org
  2. Three (3) alternative winners per prize category (and for e-bikes: per store) will be drawn on the draw date in case of non-response from the initial set of winners.
  3. Winners shall allow himself / herself to be featured in any and all publicity materials connected to the promo.
  4. Upon signing /submitting the entry, the shopper explicitly authorizes CMG Retail, Inc. to process sensitive personal information in the performance of the promotion. ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS

  1. Winners will be announced (1) one day after the e-raffle draw via https://www.cln.com.ph/pages/christmas-giveaway-store-raffle
  2. Winners may be announced in CLN Philippines’ social media platforms.
  3. The winners shall be notified via registered mail, mobile phone, and e-mail. Customers must acknowledge receipt of notification. If no response is received via email/mobile communications within (5) five business days an alternative winner will be selected.

CLAIMING OF PRIZES

  1. All prizes are tax free and will be shouldered by CMG Retail, Inc.
  2. For winners of 100 G-force C14 e-Bikes:
    • Prizes shall be claimed at the CLN physical store of purchase. To claim the prize, the winners shall present the following:
      • two (2) valid government issued IDs (driver’s license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, passport, etc.) with complete real name, photograph, and signature
      • winning receipt
      • notice sent via registered mail from CMG Retail, Inc.
    • Store staff can facilitate validation of documents.
    • Winners, who cannot pick-up the prize must email the required documents to christmasgiveaway@cln.com.ph for validation and may assign an authorized representative to claim the prize on their behalf. Authorized representative shall present the following:
      • a copy of the signed letter of authorization from the winner
      • two (2) valid government issued IDs each of the winner and representative (driver’s license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, passport, etc.) with complete real name, photograph, and signature
      • winning receipt
      • notice sent via registered mail from CMG Retail, Inc.
    • Prizes are not subject to returns/replacements/warranties.
  • For winners of 500 pairs of CLN sneakers:
    • GMA winners shall claim their prize at the CMG Retail Inc. Head Office, Suite 1801 18F The Centerpoint Building, Dona Julia Vargas Avenue cor. Garnet Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City and may choose among the available sizes. To claim the prize, the winners shall present the following:
      • two (2) valid government issued IDs (driver’s license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, passport, etc.) with complete real name, photograph, and signature
      • winning receipt
      • notice sent via registered mail from CMG Retail, Inc.
    • CMG Retail Inc.’s authorized representatives can facilitate validation of documents.
    • Provincial winners, who cannot pick-up the prize must email the required documents to christmasgiveaway@cln.com.ph for validation and may assign an authorized representative to claim the prize and choose among the available sizes on their behalf. Authorized representative shall present the following:
      • a copy of the signed letter of authorization from the winner
      • Two (2) valid government issued IDs each of the winner and representative (driver’s license, UMID, PhilHealth ID, passport, etc.) with complete real name, photograph, and signature
      • winning receipt
      • notice sent via registered mail from CMG Retail, Inc.
    • In the case of special shipping requests, the winner shall shoulder the corresponding shipping costs to the desired location.
    • Prizes are not subject to returns/replacements/warranties.
  1. Winners shall shoulder all costs he/she may incur in claiming the prize (transportation fares, meal expenses, parking, etc.).
  2. Winners have sixty (60) days to claim the prize from receipt of notification via registered mail, mobile phone, and e-mail. Otherwise, this will be forfeited with prior DTI approval.
  3. Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
  4. Customers can only win once in the e-raffle. In case a customer wins in both CLN Online and CLN physical store e-raffle, the customer will be awarded with the prize of higher value.
  5. Employees of CMG Retail, Inc., service providers and agencies are disqualified from joining the promo. Employees caught manipulating the result of the promo in favor of their family, relatives and friends will be sanctioned and prizes will automatically be forfeited.
  6. In case of any dispute, the decision of CMG Retail, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI shall be deemed final and irrevocable.

  1. How many times can I register my receipt number?

You may only use the receipt number once to create your e-raffle entry.

  1. Can I submit raffle entries for both online and physical store raffle?

Yes, you may join both raffles as long as you have complied with the requirements of this raffle promo.

  1. I don’t have a Philippine address. Can I transfer my entry / receipt to my relatives or friends?

Yes, you have the option to transfer the entry to other people. By doing this, you are transferring your rights to that person including redeeming the prizes.

  1. How much do I need to spend to earn one (1) e-raffle entry?
  • For purchases made at participating CLN physical stores:

Customers are entitled to (1) electronic raffle entry for every Php 999 spend in 1 receipt. If the single-transaction is more than Php 999, customer may earn more than one (1) e-raffle entry. Number of e-raffle entries shall be computed in multiples of Php 999 and any excess may not be carried over to the next transaction.

  1. Do I need an internet connection to register my entry?

Yes, you need to have mobile data or wi-fi to access the site where you can register your entry to claim the e-raffle entries.

  1. How can I scan the QR code to the raffle page?

You may download and use any QR scanner app available in Google Play Store and Apple Store.

  1. How many entries can I enroll?

You may enter as many entries provided that that each receipt number is unique and is within the prescribed promo duration.
