You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:

• Palawan and Batanes orders will take up to 30 days for delivery.
• Outside Delivery Zone (ODZ) locations may take an additional two (2) days for delivery.
• Deliveries are made on business days — Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and holidays.
• Please always check your tracking notifications.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@cln.ph (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or send us a message on our Facebook page, CLNph. We will assist you promptly.
A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation is approved. Please note that orders already picked up by the courier and in transit cannot be canceled.
After your item(s) have been picked up by our courier partner, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Enter this number on our Order Tracker to view the latest updates on your delivery.
If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times (for GGX and 2GO, up to 2 times only).
For prepaid orders, you may authorize someone to receive it on your behalf by providing their valid ID, your valid ID, and a signed authorization letter.
For COD orders, your package can be released as long as the full payment is made. If the courier is unable to deliver after the final attempt, the order will be returned to us.
At this time, our shipping services are available within the Philippines only. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please return it within 30 days of the invoice date for a replacement or online store credit via voucher code. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please make sure the items, along with their original packaging and the Official Receipt, are unused and in good condition before returning.

Our Customer Service team will respond via email within 24–48 hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with the next steps and available options.
Return or exchange processing will start once you send us the courier waybill for your returned item/s. Your replacement will be shipped after we’ve confirmed the return.
For returns due to size, color, or style requests:
1. Simply reply to the email we sent you with your final choice (size, color, or style) within 24 hours of receiving it.
2.To serve you better, requests sent via CLN Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok won't be processed.
3. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, your request will be automatically canceled.
4. Refunds for non-COD payments will be processed after the 24-hour period.
5. Canceled orders can easily be placed again through www.cln.com.ph
All refund requests are carefully reviewed to ensure a fair and timely resolution. For paid orders, customers may opt to receive a credit code in place of a cash refund. The credit can be applied toward future purchases from our collection. Cash refunds remain available upon request.
