What payment methods do you accept?

Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping and delivery cost?
Shipping is free for orders of P995 and above. Below P995, we offer an affordable flat-rate shipping fee of P100.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
*Due to high volume of orders, there may be potential delays in our deliveries.
You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:

Business days include Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
*Outside delivery zone locations can take an additional 2 days for delivery.
Palawan delivery will take 30 days.
Do you accept Express Delivery?
Express delivery is applicable for Metro Manila, Taytay, Cainta, San Mateo and Antipolo for P200.00 via partner courier, Ninjavan (customers are not allowed to book preferred courier to avail the service).

The order cut-off is 8:00 am. Beyond cut-off orders will be processed and delivered on the next day.
How do I track an order?
Once your item/s have been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can visit our order tracker page to see the status of your delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@cln.ph (Mondays to Sundays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM) or message us on our Facebook page (CLNph).
Order cancellation request should be within 24 hours upon ordering.
What if I am not home to receive my items?
The courier will attempt to deliver your items a maximum of 3 times (except for GGX, they only allow 2 delivery attempts).
If you are not present upon delivery, we may release your items to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:

Valid ID of authorized recipient

Valid ID of customer who placed the order

Signed authorization letter
These are only required for prepaid orders. If you chose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, we will release your order as long as the entire collection amount is provided.
Note :
After the 3rd attempt (or 2nd attempt for GGX), the items will be shipped back to us.
What countries do you ship to? Do you offer international shipping?
Our shipping rates only apply to orders within the Philippines:
We currently don't ship overseas.
Return and Exchange
What is your return and exchange policy?
If the order you received is damaged or incorrect, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for replacement or online store credit via voucher code. Customers will shoulder shipping fee for Returns. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging with Official Receipts are in good condition and unused before sending them over.

Our CSRs will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours (7:00 am to 4:00 pm/Mondays to Sundays) regarding the return options and or related details.
What if I want to return or exchange CLN item received as Gifts?
1. R/E’s are applicable for purchases within 30 days based on purchase date and not from shipped out or delivery received date.
2. When exchanging, all merchandise must be in its original selling condition, unused and include the original product packaging, tags, labels gift receipts.
3. Gift Receipt (GR) returns and exchanges are ONLY applicable for www.cln.com.ph purchases/orders. CLN inline/physical stores are not allowed to accept/receive/transact www.cln.com.ph Gift Receipts.
4. If recipient wishes to return/replace/exchange gift/s received, she may seek assistance from the CSRs with the following details attached to their emailed request (hello@cln.ph):
o Gift Receipt photo
o Complete R/E details – style name / size / color
o No Gift Receipts. No R/E’s processing. Recipients to coordinate to senders if they lost their Gift Receipts.
5. If sender wishes to return/replace/exchange gift/s on behalf of the recipient. He/She will coordinate via email (hello@cln.ph) to the CSRs.
o Order number/s
o Complete R/E details – style name / size / color
o Sender will inform CSRs for reissuance of Gift Receipt.
How long will it take to process my return or exchange?
We will send your replacement item/s once we've confirmed that the original item/s have been returned. Return processing will proceed once you send to us a copy of waybill from third party courier of the return item.
