Description

The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting overall store performance by assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment aligned with brand standards.

Key responsibilities:

Promote and sell merchandise to meet individual and store sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty
Assist in supporting daily store operations to maintain efficiency and service standards
Assist in managing store inventory, including receiving, monitoring, and quality-checking merchandise

Requirements

Graduate of any four-year degree (Business, Entrepreneurship, or related field preferred)

2-3 years of proven experience in retail operations management
Strong analytical, leadership, and people management skills, with knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
