Description

The Digital Creatives Associate is an essential support function within the Creatives Team, providing the technical skill and execution-focused assistance that transforms creative concepts into compelling visual campaigns, from pre-production coordination to final asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the team throughout the entire creation content process, from handling pre-production logistics (scheduling, prop gathering, and equipment organization) to ensuring the creative studio and all gear are maintained in optimal working condition
Work alongside with the Photograper by assisting with technical setups (camera, professional lighting, audio) and acting as the secondary shooter to capture additional content
Execute photo and video editing, professional retouching, color grading, and meticulous organization of all digital files for archiving and distribution

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Photography, Multimedia, or any related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) and familiarity with basic camera and lighting operations.
A strong portfolio showcasing photo/video editing skills, visual storytelling, and basic composition techniques
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and a proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Interest in fashion retail and social media trends, with a good eye for set styling and prop preparation is a plus
