To place an order, simply browse our collection and select the items you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to Cart". When you are ready to proceed, click on the cart icon at the top of the page and follow the checkout instructions to provide your shipping information and complete your payment. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Should you require any assistance, our customer support team is available to help.
Once your item/s have been picked up by one of our courier partners, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can visit our order tracker page to see the status of your delivery.
You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:

3 to 5 business days
Outside Metro Manila
7 to 10 business days
*PALAWAN and BATANES orders will take 30 days to deliver.
*Outside Delivery Zones (ODZ) locations can take an additional two (2) days to delivery
*Deliveries are done on Business days - Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays. Always check your tracking notifications.
If the order you received is damaged or incorrect, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for replacement or online store credit via voucher code. Customers will shoulder shipping fee for Returns. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging with Official Receipts are in good condition and unused before sending them over.
