Shipping & Delivery
    How much does shipping and delivery cost?

    Enjoy free shipping on orders ₱995 and above. For orders below ₱995, a flat shipping fee of ₱100 applies.

    *Shipping fee may vary depending on the total amount after discounts.
    *Terms and conditions apply.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    You can expect your order to arrive according to the following schedule:

    Shipping Address Delivery Time
    Metro Manila 3 to 5 business days
    Outside Metro Manila 7 to 10 business days

    *PALAWAN and BATANES orders will take 30 days to deliver.
    *Outside Delivery Zones (ODZ) locations can take an additional two (2) days to delivery
    *Deliveries are done on Business days - Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays. Always check your tracking notifications.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us right away at hello@cln.ph (Mondays to Sundays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) or message us on our Facebook page, CLNph. We’ll be glad to assist you!

    We’ll send you an email confirmation once your cancellation has been approved. However, orders that have already been picked up by the courier and are on their way can no longer be canceled.

    How do I track an order?

    Once your item/s have been picked up by our courier partner, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number on our Order Tracker page to check the status of your delivery.

    What if I am not home to receive my items?

    If you’re not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times (for GGX and 2GO, up to 2 times only).

    For prepaid orders, you may authorize someone to receive it on your behalf by providing their valid ID, your valid ID, and a signed authorization letter.

    For COD orders, your package can be released as long as the full payment is made. If the courier is unable to deliver after the final attempt, the order will be returned to us.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    Our shipping services are currently available within the Philippines only, and we don’t ship overseas just yet.

Returns & Exchanges
    What is your return and exchange policy?

    If the order you received is damaged or incorrect, kindly send it back to us within 30 days of the invoice date for replacement or online store credit via voucher code. Customers will shoulder shipping fee for Returns. Please ensure that items and any accompanying packaging with Official Receipts are in good condition and unused before sending them over.

    Reason for return/exchange:

    Our CSRs will reach out to you via email within 24-48 hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm/Mondays to Sundays) regarding the return options and or related details.

    How long will it take to process my return or exchange?

    Return or exchange processing will start once you send us the courier waybill for your returned item/s. Your replacement will be shipped after we’ve confirmed the return.

    For returns due to size, color, or style requests:

    1. Simply reply to the email we sent you with your final choice (size, color, or style) within 24 hours of receiving it.
    2.To serve you better, requests sent via CLN Facebook, Instagram, or Tiktok won't be processed.
    3. If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, your request will be automatically canceled.
    4. Refunds for non-COD payments will be processed after the 24-hour period.
    5. Canceled orders can easily be placed again through www.cln.com.ph

    Do you provide CLN paper bags for online purchases?

    Free paper bags are included with wallet purchases made online only.

    Paper bags are not available for sale in both our online and physical stores.

    Please note that our physical stores don’t issue paper bags for online orders from http://www.cln.com.ph/, CLN Shopee, or CLN Zalora.
