Spacious and good quality overall. Only suggest to improve the back strap, as it is very thin. In my case I plan to use it for work travels, i think I will only be able to put 14in thin laptop and a few light weight stuff despite the space, otherwise it will cause back pain and cannot support back if you need to run from one gate to another.
